Some yoga centers, like Yoga Garden, claim that yoga can also help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, aid digestion, exercise the spinal column, relieve fatigue and tension and revitalize the internal organs, while also alleviating pregnancy-related nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.Discovery Health says similar benefits can be achieved through Hypnobirthing?, which is the use of hypnosis to achieve maximum relaxation, comfort, and relief during childbirth. | | |
