High: Goose-down of Hypoallergenic Can Run $60-$160
Body or maternity pillows are specifically designed to help a pregnant woman sleep more comfortably. According to the nonprofit American Pregnancy Association[1] , it is best for a pregnant women to sleep on her side to increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta. WebMD[2] says having a pillow under the abdomen or between the knees may also help. Maternity pillows come in many shapes: straight, full-length pillows and those shaped like a "c" or a "j." Some are wedge or doughnut-shaped, while others consist of two pillows joined by fabric and Velcro, which can be adjusted so the pillows support the abdomen and back simultaneously.
Typical costs:
Smaller-sized pillows, such as the Boppy Pregnancy Wedge cost as little as $15.
Larger pillows, like the Snoogle[3] and the Snoozer[4] typically cost $40 to $60.
Hypoallergenic or natural goose-down pillows are more expensive, usually between $60 and $160.
Maternity pillows should come with at least one machine-washable pillowcase.
Additional costs:
Additional pillowcases will run between $15 and $40, depending on the type of fabric and size of the pillow.

I purchased this same pillow for my daughter who would crawl in bed with my husband and I every night because she was afraid of the dark. She just turned 8 so it was getting crowded in my bed.I have been using this Mumoocie now for several months and love it. It took her a couple of weeks to adjust but now she sleeps in her own bed. This has been a lifesaver.I would highly recommend.
I bought this pillow online and I love it. The outer cover is machine washable and the whole pillow about 2 feet long is super curvy and fits my body perfect.I have never seen anything like it.Even better it is made in Florida.
